Welcome to Lit Path Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of [www.litpathco.com](http://www.litpathco.com), including any content, products, resources, consultations, and services made available through the website.

In these Terms and Conditions, β€œLit Path Co.,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” and β€œour” refer to Lit Path Co. and Nikki Butler. β€œYou” and β€œyour” refer to any visitor, customer, client, or purchaser using the website.

By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase products or services through it.

About Lit Path Co.

Lit Path Co. provides Squarespace website design, website templates, digital resources, consultations, and related creative and marketing services.

Descriptions, pricing, availability, timelines, and included features may vary by product or service. The information on the applicable service page, product page, proposal, contract, or checkout page will apply to your purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase products or services through this website.

By using the website or completing a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make the purchase.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and business-related informational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Interfere with the website’s security or normal operation

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other damaging technology

  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or collect website content through automated means without written permission

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or business

  • Use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Lit Path Co. or another party

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content, templates, products, or resources except as expressly permitted

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, descriptions, availability, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors.

We may correct errors, update information, change pricing, modify products or services, or discontinue an offering at any time.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Inquiries and Service Availability

Submitting an inquiry form, scheduling a discovery call, or communicating with Lit Path Co. does not guarantee that we will accept your project or provide services.

A website design or consulting engagement begins only after any required proposal or service agreement has been accepted, and any required payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline a project or purchase when appropriate, including when the requested work falls outside our services, availability, values, technical capabilities, or professional boundaries.

Client Services

Website design, consulting, customization, and other client services may be governed by a separate proposal, contract, statement of work, or service agreement.

That agreement may address matters including:

  • Project scope

  • Deliverables

  • Client responsibilities

  • Payment schedules

  • Revision limits

  • Communication

  • Timelines

  • Project delays

  • Ownership and licensing

  • Cancellation

  • Termination

  • Post-launch support

When a signed service agreement conflicts with these general website Terms and Conditions, the signed service agreement will control for that particular project.

Project dates and completion timelines depend on timely client participation, including the delivery of content, images, feedback, approvals, account access, and payments. Delays in receiving required materials or decisions may affect the project schedule.

Consultations and Appointments

Consultations, support sessions, and other scheduled appointments must be booked and paid for according to the information provided on the applicable booking or service page.

Rescheduling, cancellation, expiration, and no-show policies displayed at the time of booking will apply to the appointment.

Information provided during a consultation reflects our professional experience and judgment. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including implementation, business decisions, market conditions, technology, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee a particular business, marketing, search-ranking, sales, or financial result.

Digital Products and Website Templates

Lit Path Co. may sell downloadable resources, courses, website templates, and other digital products.

Because digital products are delivered or made accessible electronically, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable except where otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The product description

  • Software or platform requirements

  • Included pages, features, or files

  • The intended skill level

  • Any stated license restrictions

  • The support included with the purchase

  • Any additional costs charged by a third-party platform

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless a different license is provided with the product, your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the product for its intended purpose.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the product

  • Claim the product or its original design as your own

  • Copy the product to create a competing template, course, resource, or digital product

  • Share access credentials, download links, course materials, or protected files with others

  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices

  • Use the product in violation of applicable law or another party’s rights

Additional license terms displayed on a product page, checkout page, or within the purchased materials are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Template Customization

Squarespace templates and other website products are designed to provide a starting point. Your final website will depend on your content, images, branding, customizations, integrations, Squarespace subscription, and implementation choices.

A template purchase does not include custom design, copywriting, third-party subscriptions, fonts, stock images, software fees, domain fees, or ongoing website maintenance unless the product description specifically says otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining your own Squarespace account and any required third-party accounts or subscriptions.

We do not guarantee that every template or product will remain compatible with future Squarespace updates, browser changes, third-party integrations, or technology changes. We may provide updates or support at our discretion or as specifically included with the product.

Product Support

Any support included with a template, digital product, consultation, or service is limited to the type and time period stated on the applicable product or service page.

Support does not include unlimited customization, custom coding, copywriting, troubleshooting of unrelated third-party products, or ongoing website management unless expressly included.

We may request screenshots, account details, or other information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to a support request. You should not send passwords through unsecured forms or email.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party payment processor. We do not control those companies’ systems, security practices, fees, or policies.

Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase when required.

For client services, payment schedules and late-payment terms may be included in a separate proposal or service agreement.

We may cancel or decline a transaction if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Please review the product description and requirements carefully before purchasing.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy displayed when the consultation is booked will apply.

Website Design and Other Client Services

Refunds, cancellations, deposits, and project termination for client services are governed by the applicable proposal or signed service agreement.

β€œLit Path Co.” and associated branding may not be used without written permission.

Client Materials

When you provide copy, images, logos, fonts, videos, trademarks, account access, or other materials for a project, you represent that you own those materials or have permission to use them.

You are responsible for securing any licenses, releases, permissions, and approvals needed for materials you provide.

You agree that Lit Path Co. is not responsible for claims arising from client-provided materials that infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Ownership and portfolio-display rights for completed client work will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Testimonials, portfolio projects, examples, case studies, and client experiences shown on the website represent individual experiences. They do not guarantee that every client or customer will receive the same outcome.

Business, marketing, design, SEO, and website performance depend on many factors, including implementation, market conditions, competition, content quality, business operations, and third-party technology.
